Gear oil pump concept: The gear oil pump should have oil leakage and return grooves inside, so that the torque force received by the gears during labor is small, resulting in low bearing load and minimal wear, and the pump.
Gear oil pump structure and labor characteristics:
The gear oil pump consists of components such as gears, shafts, pump bodies, pump covers, bearing sleeves, and shaft end seals. The gears and shafts have undergone strict heat treatment and have good hardness. They are installed together with the shaft in the shaft sleeve. All operating components inside the pump are smooth using the medium they transport. The hard tooth surface slag oil pump has four bearing sleeves installed inside the pump body, which automatically adjust the end face clearance according to the labor pressure. Therefore, the pressure of the pump is stable, the flow rate fluctuation is small, and the volume is small.
Correctly determining the working speed of the gear oil pump can avoid the meshing resonance frequency of the gear and shaft rotation, which can prevent the increase of noise. Because resonance is prone to occur when the meshing frequency approaches the natural frequency of the gear train. Adopting appropriate isolation techniques can prevent vibration from being transmitted to adjacent structures. For this purpose, the gear oil pump and the drive motor should be connected through a flexible coupling and installed on the same base plate with coaxiality. The base plate should be mounted on an elastic support to further enhance the vibration isolation effect. Installing an expansion chamber or accumulator on the inlet and outlet pipelines of the gear oil pump is a means of controlling the noise of high viscosity gear oil pumps by absorbing pressure pulsations of the pump or buffering sudden pressure changes in the pipeline.
The disassembly and maintenance items of the gear oil pump are as follows:
1、 Regularly adding grease, the electric oil drum pump is running, and the lubricating grease is easy to evaporate, so the lubrication at the bearing can be kept clean, and attention should be paid to replacement.
2、 Save each part and replace the same parts. When disassembling and inspecting the gear oil pump, each part should be well preserved. Special attention should be paid to the explosion-proof surface of the explosion-proof parts, including the insulation lining and sleeve, which should not be damaged. If there is damage, replace it with a new identical part. Do not use substitute materials with lower performance than the original material or parts that do not meet the original specifications. During assembly, all parts should be installed in their original positions without omission.
3、 Gear oil pumps should be regularly inspected and maintained, and electric oil drum pumps should be regularly inspected and maintained. The power cord should be checked for internal connections, plugs, switches, insulation resistance, loose brush tailstock, contact between commutator and brush, moderate open circuit in armature winding stage expansion stator winding, and damage to bearings and rotating parts.
