Stainless steel gear pump is a process that combines non-metallic pumps according to standards. The pump body is made of a metal shell lined with fluoroplastic, and all flow components are made of fluoroplastic alloy. The pump cover, impeller, etc. are all made of metal inserts wrapped in fluoroplastic and sintered as a whole. The shaft seal adopts an externally mounted corrugated pipe mechanical seal. The static ring is made of alumina ceramic (or silicon nitride), and the dynamic ring is filled with PTFE material, ensuring its sealing performance. The inlet and outlet of the pump are reinforced with cast steel bodies to enhance the pressure resistance of the pump.
