Research Status of Gear Pump

1. Optimization of gear parameters and pump body structure; The CBN-G3 series high-pressure gear pump has made improvements to the material and structure of the pump body, enhancing its capacity. By analyzing the performance indicators of the gear pump, a mathematical model for optimizing the gear parameters of the gear pump was established, and the optimization method was used to find the gear parameters that make the performance of the gear pump tend to be optimal. Optimization models were established for multi tooth difference cycloidal gear pumps, composite gear pumps, and multi driven gear pumps. Fuzzy optimization was carried out on the spur gear pump, which provided guidance for the gear pump.
