Distribution mechanism of compound gear pump

Ordinary gear pumps do not require a dedicated distribution mechanism, but due to the complex oil circuit of composite gear pumps with N internal gear pumps and N external gear pumps, a dedicated distribution mechanism is needed. A relatively simple method is to input low-pressure oil from one end face of the pump and output high-pressure oil from the other end face. The bearings are installed in the four bearing holes of the body and support the center wheel and idler wheel respectively. The internal gear is in a floating state, and its axial position is limited by the stopper. There are three protrusions on the body (the aforementioned sealing blocks) used to isolate the oil suction and discharge chambers. The sealing length between the sealing blocks and each gear should be greater than two teeth.
