The ground driven screw pump oil production system consists of three parts: the ground drive device, the pumping rod column, and the downhole screw pump. The ground drive device is located at the wellhead and has functions such as deceleration, speed change, bearing axial loads, and providing power. The power is transmitted to the downhole screw pump through the sucker rod column. The downhole screw pump is composed of a stator and a rotor. The rotor is a precision machined screw with a coating on its surface. The stator is a pump cylinder made of oil resistant synthetic rubber bonded to a steel casing. Its working principle is that the electrical energy of the power grid is converted into mechanical energy by the electric motor, which is transmitted to the driving head through belts or gears, achieving variable speed. The driving head transmits power to the rotor of the downhole screw pump through the sucker rod column, causing it to rotate and continuously lift the crude oil entering the wellbore to the surface.
