The eddy motion of stainless steel gear pump transmission shaft, also known as; Swinging and spinning; It neither has the characteristics of free vibration nor belongs to the type of forced vibration. It is a self-excited vibration that occurs on a rotating shaft. Its characteristic is that the shaft exhibits rotational motion between the bearings, and this vibration does not occur when the shaft reaches the critical speed, but rather occurs over a larger range and has less relationship with the shaft's own speed. At a certain moment, the shaft neck of the stainless steel gear pump rotates and comes into contact with the rubber bearing. The shaft neck is subjected to tangential force from the bearing, and the direction of the force is opposite to the rotational speed of the shaft. Translating this force towards the axis results in a mechanical effect equivalent to a counterclockwise torque and a force acting at the center of the shaft neck. The force of the stainless steel gear pump is parallel to the tangential direction of the contact point of the bearing wall and tends to move the shaft neck downwards. Therefore, the shaft neck will roll purely along the bearing wall, acting as an internal gear, thus forming a rotational motion opposite to the direction of the shaft rotation. The swing of the deep well stainless steel gear pump is mainly caused by insufficient lubrication of the bearings. If the clearance between the shaft and the bearings is large, the direction of rotation is opposite to the rolling direction of the shaft, which is also known as shaft vibration. Especially for deep well stainless steel gear pumps, the transmission shaft is very long, and the clearance between the rubber bearings and the shaft of the stainless steel gear pump is 0.20mm-0.30mm. When there is a gap between the shaft and the bearing, the shaft is not concentric with the bearing, the distance is large, and there is a lack of lubrication in the gap, it is easy to shake.
