When it comes to the future development trend of gear oil pumps, although there are some gaps in the development of gear oil pumps in China, there is still a lot of room for development in the domestic gear oil pump industry. There is also a significant gap between mainland China and coastal areas. The gear oil pump industry in mainland China has a low starting point, low degree of industrialization, small scale, and low degree of marketization, which has widened the gap with coastal areas and led to uneven development of the domestic gear oil pump industry. To meet the requirements of flow rate and head, it is necessary to keep the operating point of the pump in the interval frequently, which not only saves power but also reduces the risk of damaging the components. It has anti cavitation performance, which not only reduces the construction strength of the pump platform, but also reduces the occurrence of cavitation in the pump body, making it run smoothly and have a long service life.

The pump body structure of the gear oil pump can be assembled according to the structural form in actual production, and work according to the working principle during use. The pump shaft of the gear oil pump is equipped with a packing box at the front end, which has relatively good sealing performance. At the same time, a mechanical sealing device is installed in the bearing seat, so a large amount of leakage is impossible to occur, and a small amount of leakage can be discharged and received through the leakage pipe mouth. The gear oil pump adopts a self heating heat dissipation structure, which changes the traditional water cooling structure, making the structure simple, small in size, saving operating costs, good in performance, and easy to use. It is a substitute product developed based on the digestion and absorption oil pump in China. The basic structural form is a single-stage single suction cantilever foot support structure, with the pump's axial suction and the outlet as the center vertically upward. It is installed on the base together with the motor.

The gear oil pump cannot operate continuously at a flow rate of 30% in light rain. If it wants to operate under such conditions, a bypass pipe should be installed at the outlet, and the flow rate should reach the smaller value of the above values. The multi toothed wheel type uses three or more gears to form a multi gear gear pump, which evenly distributes the moving gears around the driving gear, allowing for the displacement of this type of gear. Each displacement can be split and output separately to drive different actuators, or combined to output large displacements, thereby achieving the movement of the working mechanism.

The housing or front and rear end covers of the gear oil pump are equipped with several corresponding inlet and outlet ports, which are respectively connected to the suction pipe and the discharge pipe. In addition to obtaining output displacement, this gear oil pump also has a significant advantage: due to the symmetrical arrangement of various suction and discharge ports, and the uniform distribution of driven gears, the hydraulic pressure and meshing force reach a balance, thereby reducing the load on the pump shaft and bearings and improving the service life of the gear pump. However, the oil distribution device of this gear pump is more complex than that of conventional two toothed wheel gear pumps, especially for gear pumps with internal gears, which are difficult to process and require further research.
