During the operation of chemical pumps, due to differences in performance and parameter requirements, the service life and load capacity of chemical pumps also vary. The procurement cost, equipment installation cost, maintenance cost, and energy consumption cost of chemical pumps during the selection and use process are relatively easy to calculate. However, due to the unpredictable factors of failure and damage during the use of chemical pumps, as well as the multiple constraints of the constantly changing transported chemical media and usage conditions, the actual maintenance cost of chemical pumps is relatively difficult to estimate. The use of existing experience in using chemical pumps by staff to accurately estimate the actual maintenance cost of another type of chemical pump usually has significant limitations, and the estimated results are only rough and belong to rough estimates. Especially in single equipment after continuous operation of chemical pumps, in operating equipment with relatively small buffering capacity and intermediate storage capacity in chemical pump production engineering, with relatively less surplus working time, relatively high sales profits, and in short-term product operating equipment that is scarce in the actual production market, the systematic failures of chemical pump operation will increase day by day, and the actual service life of other components will also decrease, fundamentally causing an increase in the maintenance cost of the entire chemical pump.
