In the daily use of chemical pumps, it is necessary to do a good job in the daily maintenance of chemical pumps, continuously extend their service life, and improve work efficiency. Specifically, it can be explained from the following aspects: Firstly, during the actual operation of the chemical pump, the lubricating oil required for the operation of the chemical pump should be changed in a timely manner. Within the first month of use, the specific frequency of changing the lubricating oil should be controlled at around 100 hours, and then the frequency of changing the lubricating oil can be gradually slowed down, about once after running for 500 hours. The temperature of the bearing should not exceed 35 degrees Celsius of the ambient temperature, and any higher temperature should be less than 80 degrees Celsius. Secondly, it is necessary to take preventive measures against dripping in the packing chamber. In order to avoid or reduce the occurrence of dripping inside the packing chamber of the chemical pump to a certain extent, the relevant management personnel and staff of the chemical pump operation need to regularly optimize and adjust the packing gland to maximize its function. Again, maintenance personnel of chemical pumps need to conduct regular inspections of the actual wear of the chemical pump shaft sleeve. When the wear degree of the chemical pump shaft sleeve is relatively high, measures should be taken to maintain or replace it in a timely manner. We attach great importance to the changes in indoor and outdoor temperatures during the use of chemical pumps. For example, when using chemical pumps in winter when the temperature is relatively low, the staff need to clean the water inside the chemical pump in a timely manner after it stops running, in order to prevent the chemical pump from freezing and cracking to the greatest extent possible, and to extend the service life of the chemical pump. Later, when the chemical pump has been out of use for a relatively long time, it is necessary to carry out maintenance work on the chemical pump. If chemical pumps are stored for too long without proper maintenance measures, a series of operational problems may occur. Therefore, the staff should be proficient in the correct disassembly and assembly steps of chemical pumps. When the chemical pump is stopped, the pump body of the chemical pump can be disassembled according to standardized operating procedures, and the moisture inside the chemical pump can be wiped clean. Then, the grease used can be evenly applied to the joint and rotating parts of the chemical pump, and properly stored, fundamentally ensuring the normal operation of the chemical pump when it is reused.
