Used for extracting, transporting, and spraying high-temperature asphalt (residue) liquids, and can also be used for extracting and transporting non-volatile, low flash point petroleum products such as engine oil, machinery oil, and heavy oil at room temperature. The insulated gear pump is a rotary type, mainly composed of a pump body, a machine base, a driving gear, a driven gear, and a valve body. Its driving shaft is supported by an additional oil containing shaft sleeve and lubricated with HG-24 saturated cylinder oil through an oil cup. The gear pump is equipped with connecting heads with conical pipe threads on both sides for connecting pipeline positions, and the conical pin is made with internal threads for easy disassembly; The sealing paper pad is also used to adjust the axial clearance of the gear, which is specified as a one-way clearance between 0.05-0.08mm. The lower part of the machine base has four holes for installation, and the insulation gear pump is equipped with a valve. The working pressure has been set to 1-+0.05mpa and sealed with lead at the factory.
