The pump body of the asphalt insulation pump is equipped with a hollow interlayer and inlet and outlet flanges, which can be used for heating, insulation, and cooling the transported liquid and pump through media such as thermal oil, steam, and hot water. The main flow areas are equipped with hollow interlayers and have functions such as steam, hot/hot water, and thermal oil for heating and insulation of the conveyed liquid and pump. When the conveying viscosity is high, transmission methods such as reducers, speed regulating motors, or pulleys should be used to reduce the pump speed. Scope and main use of asphalt pump: The material of insulation pump is divided into two types according to the working temperature. Class I material HT200 is suitable for conveying to 200 ° C; Class II material Q235 is suitable for conveying 350 ° C or below; Heavy oil/asphalt that is non corrosive below C and does not contain solid particles may solidify at room temperature, as well as in outdoor installations and processes that require insulation in high-altitude regions. Preheating before starting the pump reduces its starting power. Insulated asphalt pump is suitable for conveying corrosive or non corrosive liquids with high hygiene requirements. The conveying medium does not contain solid particles, the temperature is not higher than 350 ℃, and the viscosity is 5cSt‐ — 1500cSt liquid, used in industries such as chemical raw materials, filling pharmaceuticals, food, cosmetics, pesticides, detergents, printing and dyeing, brewing, resins, adhesives, etc. The RCB insulation asphalt pump has two transmission modes: motor direct connection and reducer. When the liquid viscosity exceeds 1500cSt, reducer transmission should be used.
