GNB shear rotor pump (inner ring piston rotor pump) is a volumetric conveying equipment designed for viscous media containing fibers, small amounts of solid particles, and high and low viscosity. The entire unit consists of a pump body, front and rear pump covers, rotating piston rotor, intermediate shaft, synchronous gear, heavy-duty bearing, shaft end sealing component, and base to form the conveying unit. The rotor is divided into single blade and double blade structures, with cutting edges at the edges. When fibers and flocculent debris enter the pump chamber, they can be cut in sections to avoid entanglement and pump jamming; The rotor does not directly mesh for transmission, relying on synchronous gears inside the box to operate synchronously, resulting in low friction loss. After the equipment is started, the motor drives the active shaft through an elastic coupling, and the synchronous gear drives the rotor to rotate synchronously. The volume of the suction side chamber continues to expand to form negative pressure, and the medium is sucked into the sealed cavity of the rotor; The rotor carries the medium along the inner wall of the pump casing to the discharge side, and the volume of the chamber shrinks to realize the pressurized discharge of the medium. The entire process continues to circulate. The rotor cutting blade continuously cuts fiber debris, and the pump runs stably for a long time without blockage; The device supports forward and reverse switching, and changing the direction of the motor can exchange the inlet and outlet, making it convenient for oil tanker unloading and pumping operations. The flow rate is linearly related to the speed, and can be adjusted with a variable frequency motor to regulate the conveying volume. The viscosity change has a small impact on the flow rate.
The pump body can be equipped with an external overflow valve to achieve overload protection. When the outlet pipeline is blocked and the pressure is held, the medium flows back to release the pressure, protecting the pump body and pipeline accessories. The internal circulation space of the pump chamber is wide and not easy to deposit impurities; Easy to rinse and clean after shutdown. The pump body does not have a built-in valve, and it is recommended to independently configure an overflow protection pipeline for high-pressure conditions.
Packing seals and single/double end hard alloy mechanical seals can be selected for sealing matching according to working conditions. Select oil resistant sealing components for ambient temperature oil products; Fluorine rubber sealing accessories are selected for high temperature and weakly corrosive media. Modular assembly structure, maintenance does not require dismantling the entire machine pipeline, and the outer pump cover can be removed to replace the seal, shortening the downtime of the production line. The conventional applicable medium temperature is ≤ 180 ℃, and the insulation model can meet the transportation needs of high-temperature viscous media.
At the medium adaptation level, GNB shear rotor pump is suitable for conveying liquid and paste media containing a small amount of solid particles, fibrous flocs, and flowability. The medium's kinematic viscosity covers 5-8000mm ²/s, and is suitable for light diesel oil, heavy fuel oil, crude oil, asphalt, syrup, fermentation slurry, sewage viscous materials, coatings and other media. Cast iron models are commonly used for industrial fuel and asphalt transportation; Stainless steel models are suitable for transporting grain, oil, food, and daily chemical raw materials. The equipment is not suitable for conveying hard, sharp, and large particle slurries, as well as strong corrosive and acidic media.
In terms of installation and matching, the horizontal base of the whole machine is reserved with standard anchor holes, and the flange inlet and outlet interfaces are easy to connect with soft and hard pipelines. Assemble elastic couplings on the power end, calibrate coaxiality during installation, and reduce vibration wear. It is recommended to install a pre filter in the suction pipeline to intercept hard debris; All pipeline joints are equipped with sealing gaskets to prevent air intake from weakening the self-priming effect. At the level of daily maintenance operations, the pump body adopts modular design, and the rotor, synchronous gear, and sealing components can be disassembled separately. Ordinary and simple tools can be used to complete maintenance. Regularly check the lubricating oil quality and level of the synchronous gearbox, and replace the lubricating grease on time; Observe the degree of wear on the rotor blade edge. The cutting ability decreases after the blade edge is passivated, and it needs to be repaired in a timely manner. After conveying viscous and easily dry materials, clean medium is circulated to flush the pump chamber to prevent material adhesion and entanglement with the rotor. Long term shutdown to drain residual materials from the pump and take measures to prevent rust.
