LC piston rotor pump, also known as inner ring rotary piston rotor pump, is commonly referred to as LC rotor pump in the industry. Unlike conventional two blade Roots rotor pumps, it adopts an eccentric piston rotor structure and belongs to volumetric conveying equipment. Equipped with two types of transmission modes: direct connection of reducer and belt pulley, divided into room temperature standard type and jacket insulation type, with optional drive. The supporting asphalt mixing station provides light and heavy fuel supply, oil tank truck oil loading and unloading, oil depot oil transfer, industrial furnace front fuel supply, and is also suitable for the transportation of chemical viscous materials and grain and oil slurry, supporting long-term continuous fuel supply and intermittent start stop operations.

The entire unit consists of a pump body, front and rear pump covers, eccentric piston rotors, active and driven transmission shafts, synchronous gears, heavy-duty bearings, shaft end sealing components, and a base to form a conveying unit. The rotor relies on synchronous gears to achieve contactless synchronous operation. During operation, the rotors do not rub against each other, reducing wear and extending service life. The internal circulation space of the pump chamber is wide and can tolerate a small amount of impurities and colloids in the medium; Insulation models can be used for transporting heavy oil and condensate oil. The pump body is equipped with a surrounding insulation layer, and steam or thermal oil is circulated for heating to prevent the medium from freezing at low temperatures and getting stuck in the pump. The overcurrent components can be made of cast iron or 304/316 stainless steel; Transporting flammable and explosive media such as gasoline can be replaced with copper rotors to avoid the risk of sparks. Integrated oil return structure at the shaft end reduces issues of intake and medium leakage.

After the equipment is started, the motor drives the main shaft through an elastic coupling or belt, and the synchronous gear drives the piston rotor to perform eccentric rotation. The volume of the suction chamber continues to expand to form negative pressure, and the medium is sucked into the closed chamber; The rotor carries the medium along the inner wall of the pump casing to the discharge area, and the chamber volume shrinks to complete the pressure discharge of the medium. The suction and conveying process continues to circulate. This machine has excellent self-priming performance and can repeatedly self suction after the initial pre filling of the medium; Support forward and reverse switching, by changing the motor direction, the inlet and outlet can be interchanged, making it easy for oil tankers to unload oil and extract residual oil. The flow rate is linearly related to the speed, and when paired with a variable frequency motor, the conveying capacity can be infinitely adjusted. Under high viscosity conditions, the flow rate attenuation amplitude is much smaller than that of a centrifugal pump, and the oil supply output is stable.

The pump body does not have an internal valve, and it is recommended to use an external overflow valve as overload protection for high-pressure conditions. When the outlet pipeline is blocked and experiences pressure buildup, the overflow valve opens to allow the medium to flow back and release pressure, protecting the pump body, pipeline, and valve fittings. The pump chamber has a wide flow channel, and the viscous medium is not easy to accumulate and scale, making it easy to rinse and clean after shutdown.

Packing seals and hard alloy mechanical seals can be selected for sealing matching according to working conditions. Select ordinary oil resistant seals for ambient temperature diesel and lubricating oil; Fluorine rubber sealing components are selected for high-temperature heavy oil and weakly corrosive media. Modular assembly structure, maintenance does not require dismantling the pipeline as a whole. The outer pump cover can be removed to replace the seal, shortening the downtime of asphalt stations and oil storage production lines. Conventional models are suitable for medium temperatures ≤ 140 ℃, while insulation models are suitable for viscous media at 180 ℃.

At the medium adaptation level, LC piston rotor pumps are suitable for conveying liquid and viscous media that do not contain hard, sharp, or large particles and have fluidity. The medium's kinematic viscosity range is 5-10000mm ²/s, and it is suitable for light diesel, heavy fuel oil, crude oil, lubricating oil, syrup, gel like slurry, paint, and other materials. Cast iron models are commonly used for heavy oil transportation in industrial fuel and asphalt mixing stations; Stainless steel models are suitable for transporting grain, oil, food, and daily chemical raw materials. The equipment is not suitable for conveying scenarios involving strong corrosion, strong acid, and large amounts of hard solid particle slurry.

In terms of installation and matching, the horizontal base of the whole machine is reserved with standard foot installation holes, and the flange inlet and outlet interfaces are convenient for docking with soft and hard pipelines. The power end is equipped with an elastic coupling, and the coaxiality is strictly calibrated during installation to reduce vibration and minimize bearing wear. Install a pre filter on the suction pipeline to intercept hard debris and prevent rotor collision and damage; All pipeline joints are equipped with oil resistant sealing gaskets to weaken the self-priming effect of air intake. Before starting, the pump chamber should retain the medium, and it is forbidden to idle for a long time to cause dry wear of the seal; The insulation machine is used to transport solidified heavy oil. Preheat the pump body in advance before starting, and it is strictly prohibited to forcefully start the medium in a solidified state.

At the level of daily maintenance operations, the pump body adopts modular assembly, and the piston rotor, synchronous gear, and sealing components can be disassembled separately. Ordinary general tools can be used to complete maintenance. Regularly check the lubricating oil level and quality of the gearbox, and replace the lubricating grease on time; Pay attention to the rotor clearance during long-term operation. An increase in clearance will cause a decrease in flow rate and pressure, and require maintenance and adjustment as needed. After each delivery of viscous and easily dry oil, clean diesel circulation is introduced to flush the pump chamber to prevent gum from adhering to the rotor. Long term shutdown to drain residual materials from the pump, and take internal rust prevention measures.

During long-term use, we adhere to pre filtration, standardized start stop, and regular maintenance, resulting in a lower overall failure rate. The eccentric piston structure is self-priming and bi-directional conveying, suitable for switching between high and low viscosity fuels. It is a commonly used oil transfer and pre furnace fuel supply equipment in asphalt mixing stations and petroleum storage and transportation industries.

Overall, the LC piston rotor pump relies on an eccentric piston rotor and synchronous gear non-contact transmission structure, with optional jacket insulation and configuration. It has outstanding self-priming ability and is compatible with the transportation of narrow and thick viscosity media such as light and heavy fuels. It runs smoothly and is easy to maintain.
