The ZYB series medium pressure gear type slag oil pump relies on a pair of gears meshing to operate, and completes the suction and discharge of liquid medium by alternately changing the volume of the interdental cavity. The equipment adopts a horizontal structure, which enhances the overall structural strength and meets the requirements of medium pressure conveying. It is suitable for conveying viscous oil with fine impurities.
The main components of the whole machine include the pump body, pump cover, driving shaft, driven shaft, gear components, pressure bearing parts, and shaft end sealing components. Gears and end friction components are treated to resist continuous erosion by fine particles in the medium. The pump chamber is equipped with a pressure balance channel to balance the axial force generated during operation and reduce component wear. The moving components rely on the conveying medium to achieve self lubrication, without the need for an independent lubrication system.
The power drives the driving gear to rotate through the coupling, and the driven gear rotates in the opposite direction. When the gear disengages from the meshing position, the cavity volume expands to form negative pressure, and the medium enters the tooth groove; The medium is transported to the oil pressure area along with the gears, and the gears mesh with each other to compress the chamber. The medium is compressed and transported outward, achieving continuous feeding through circulation. The flow rate is linearly related to the speed, and when combined with a speed control device, it can adjust the conveying volume. The equipment has self-priming ability and can be repeatedly started and stopped after the initial filling of the medium.
The sealing form can be selected based on the temperature and viscosity of the medium, such as packing seal, mechanical seal, etc. The whole machine adopts a split assembly form, and during maintenance, the pump cover can be disassembled to replace the seals, inspect the gears and pressure bearing components, without the need to dismantle the pipelines as a whole.
Suitable for transporting viscous liquid materials without strong corrosiveness and containing fine impurities, it can transport media such as residual oil, heavy oil, coal tar, fuel oil, etc. Not suitable for materials containing a large amount of hard particles and long fiber impurities, to prevent component jamming and excessive wear.
The equipment is fixed and installed on the base, with standard foot holes reserved and flange interfaces adapted to conventional industrial pipelines. Correct the coaxiality when installing the coupling to reduce losses caused by vibration. It is recommended to install a filtering device in the suction pipeline to block large impurities from entering the pump chamber. Before starting, the pump chamber should be filled with medium, and it is forbidden to idle for a long time. The operating pressure should be kept within the applicable range of the equipment.
Daily maintenance includes regular cleaning of filters, checking for leaks in seals, and monitoring the temperature rise and vibration during operation. After conveying viscous materials, use an appropriate medium to circulate and flush the pump chamber to avoid material drying and adhesion. Long term shutdown requires emptying the residual medium inside the pump chamber to reduce corrosion and material solidification issues.
