The YCB type gear pump relies on a pair of circular arc toothed gears to mesh and operate, utilizing alternating changes in the volume of the cavity between teeth to complete the suction and discharge of liquid medium. The equipment is mostly arranged horizontally and can operate continuously for a long time, as well as intermittently start and stop. It is suitable for scenarios such as fluid transportation, medium pressurization, lubrication supply, etc.

The whole machine consists of a pump body, pump cover, driving shaft, driven shaft, circular arc gear, bearings, shaft end sealing components, and built-in overflow structure. Gears undergo heat treatment to create tooth surfaces. The circular arc tooth shape ensures continuous meshing contact of gears and reduces impact. A pressure balance channel is installed inside the pump chamber to weaken the axial force generated during operation and reduce component wear. The shell material can be cast iron or stainless steel; Insulation jacket can be installed for conveying easily solidified media; Copper gears can be selected for specific working conditions. The internal moving components rely on the self lubrication of the conveying medium, without the need for an additional independent lubrication system.

The power drives the driving gear to rotate through the coupling, and the driven gear rotates synchronously in the opposite direction. When the gear disengages from the meshing area, the cavity volume increases to form negative pressure, and the medium flows into the tooth groove; The medium is transported to the oil pressure area along with the gear, and the gear mesh compresses the cavity volume. The medium is compressed and transported outward, achieving continuous feeding through circulation. The flow rate is linearly related to the rotational speed, and when combined with a speed control device, the conveying capacity can be adjusted. The equipment has basic self-priming ability and can be started and stopped multiple times after the initial injection of medium.

The pump body is equipped with a built-in overflow structure. When the pipeline is blocked or the valve is closed, causing abnormal pressure rise, the medium flows back inside the pump to relieve pressure and reduce the impact of high pressure on the equipment. This structure is only used for emergency overload protection and cannot be used for long-term voltage stabilization. When there is a need for constant pressure transmission, an external pressure regulating pipeline can be connected. The pump chamber flow channel is unobstructed, with fewer dead corners inside, making it easy to flush and clean.

The sealing scheme can be combined with the temperature and corrosion characteristics of the medium to select forms such as packing seal and mechanical seal. The whole machine adopts a split assembly structure. During maintenance, the pump cover can be disassembled to replace the seals, check the status of gears and bearings, and there is no need to dismantle the pipelines as a whole. The insulation style can be used for conveying viscous, low-temperature and easily solidified media.

Suitable for conveying liquid materials that do not contain hard particles, fiber impurities, and have fluidity and lubrication characteristics. The medium has a kinematic viscosity range of 5-1500mm ²/s and can transport fluids such as diesel, fuel oil, lubricating oil, and vegetable oil. Not suitable for strongly corrosive media, media containing a large amount of solid particles, and low flash point volatile media.

The equipment relies on a base for fixed installation, with standard foot holes reserved and flange interfaces adapted to conventional industrial pipelines. Correct coaxiality during coupling assembly to reduce vibration wear. It is recommended to install a filtering device in the suction pipeline to prevent impurities from entering the pump chamber. Before starting, the medium inside the pump chamber needs to be retained, and it is forbidden to idle for a long time. The pump body with insulation structure can preheat the chamber before conveying easily solidified materials.

Daily maintenance includes regular cleaning of filters, inspection of seal leaks, monitoring of operating temperature rise and vibration. After conveying viscous materials, use a clean medium to circulate and flush the pump chamber to prevent the materials from drying up and adhering. Long term shutdown requires the removal of residual media from the cavity to reduce the possibility of corrosion and material solidification.

Compared with the conventional involute gear structure, the circular arc tooth profile has less pulsation and noise during operation. Universal components, stable operation, commonly used in oil transfer, furnace front oil supply, lubrication system oil supply and other working conditions.
