The pump body of the asphalt insulation pump is equipped with a pair of rotating gears, one active and one passive, which rely on the mutual meshing of the two gears to divide the entire working chamber inside the pump into two upright parts, the suction chamber and the discharge chamber. When the pump is running, the active gear drives the passive gear to rotate. When the gear disengages from meshing, a local vacuum is formed on the suction side. The liquid is sucked into the pump under atmospheric pressure, and the liquid sucked into the pump fills the various tooth valleys of the gear and is carried to the discharge side. When the gear enters meshing, the liquid is squeezed out, forming high-pressure liquid that is discharged outside the pump through the pump's discharge inlet. As the gears continue to rotate, both sides constantly absorb and drain oil.
