Introduction to Leak Prevention Design and Operating Principle of Gear Pump

Gear pump is a new type of pump that uses the working principle of permanent magnet coupling to transmit torque without contact. When the prime mover drives the outer magnetic steel rotor, the inner magnetic steel rotor is synchronously rotated by the action of the magnetic field, and the inner magnetic steel rotor and impeller are connected as a whole, thus achieving the goal of non-contact driving of impeller rotation. Due to the liquid being enclosed in a stationary isolation sleeve, the magnetic gear pump is a fully enclosed and leak free pump type, which inevitably leads to the drawbacks of running, emitting, dripping, and leaking in mechanical sealed centrifugal pumps.
