Micro vacuum pumps are actually very instruments. The circular motion of the micro vacuum pump motor causes the diaphragm inside the pump to perform reciprocating motion, thereby compressing and stretching the air inside the fixed volume micro vacuum pump chamber to form a vacuum (negative pressure). At the suction port of the micro vacuum pump, a pressure difference is generated with the external atmospheric pressure, and under the action of the pressure difference, gas is pressurized (sucked) into the pump chamber and then discharged from the exhaust port. In order to maintain a stable vacuum degree, there are high requirements for the airtightness of micro vacuum pumps. Under the process and technology, the airtightness of micro vacuum pumps can be made relatively high, which can meet the high airtightness requirements of some customers, such as laboratory gas analysis, testing, circulation, etc. Correspondingly, for every slight increase in vacuum degree, the requirements for material and process technology levels will be much higher, so the cost will also increase significantly. So although the working principle of micro vacuum pumps is relatively simple, it is still very difficult to achieve industrial grade stability and performance.
