Technical Maintenance Specification for Asphalt Insulation Pump

Strict technical maintenance standards should be established when using asphalt insulation pumps. The fuel filter should be cleaned once every 100 hours of operation, and the fuel tank should be cleaned once every 500 hours of operation. If the filter element is found to be damaged or ineffective, it should be replaced in a timely manner. It should not be removed and direct flow fuel supply should be used instead. The parts should be disassembled and inspected once after working for 500 hours under normal working conditions. When disassembling and inspecting the asphalt insulation pump, the site, hands, tools, and cleaning oil should be cleaned to avoid contamination of the parts. Do not knock or hit randomly during disassembly, do not pile or place randomly during cleaning, and do not wash together with other non matching parts to avoid collision and abrasion. During assembly, it is not allowed to arbitrarily change the assembly position to achieve certain purposes that do not meet the requirements of machine operation. When installing the tight seat of the fuel valve and the tight cap of the fuel nozzle, they should be tightened according to the specified torque to ensure the technical status of the assembled fuel injector and fuel injection pump. Understand the structural characteristics and working principles of the mating parts, strengthen and improve the maintenance, operation, and use of the mating parts, ensure that they are not adjusted arbitrarily when there are no faults, are not disassembled arbitrarily during maintenance and use, are not knocked or damaged randomly during maintenance and inspection, are not wiped or touched randomly during cleaning and maintenance, and are not modified or twisted randomly during assembly and adjustment.
