Application and maintenance of asphalt insulation pump

Asphalt insulation pumps are divided into two types: ordinary asphalt insulation pumps and stainless steel asphalt insulation pumps, both of which are equipped with insulation sleeves. They are suitable for liquids that have solidification or crystallization at room temperature, and are easy to flow and lubricate by heating and maintaining the temperature. They are also suitable for outdoor installation and process insulation in high-altitude areas. Thermal oil, steam, hot water, cold water and other media can be used to insulate, heat and cool the liquid and pump. Preheating the pump before starting operation reduces the starting power of the pump.
