Precautions for installation of asphalt insulation pump

Botou Special Pump and Valve Co., Ltd. specially introduces the following precautions to be taken when installing asphalt insulation pumps:

1. Before installing the asphalt insulation pump, the pipeline should be cleaned. The incoming medium should be free of impurities. Install a filter in front of the valve.

2. When the asphalt insulation pump malfunctions or is cleaned, a bypass device should be installed to continue the operation of the system.

3. The asphalt insulation pump should operate normally within a fluctuation range of 15% -10% of the rated voltage of the power supply.

4. During installation, it should be noted that the arrow on the valve body should be consistent with the flow direction of the medium. It cannot be installed in places with direct dripping or splashing water. The asphalt gear pump should be installed vertically upwards.

5. After the installation of the asphalt insulation pump, there should be no reverse pressure difference in the pipeline. And it needs to be powered on several times to reach the appropriate temperature before it can be officially put into use.
