The thermal oil pump mainly relies on the mutual meshing of the master and slave gears to divide the pump body into the suction chamber and the pressure chamber. As the meshing teeth gradually disengage, the sealing working volume of the oil suction chamber gradually increases, forming a partial vacuum. Therefore, the oil in the oil tank enters the oil suction chamber through the oil suction pipe under the action of external atmospheric pressure, filling the inter tooth groove and carrying the oil to the left pressure oil chamber with the rotation of the gear. On the side of the oil pressure zone, as the gear teeth gradually enter into engagement here, the volume of the sealing working chamber continuously decreases, and the oil is squeezed out and transported from the oil pressure chamber to the pressure pipeline. When the resistance (pressure) in the oil circuit exceeds the set pressure, the heat transfer oil pump valve starts, causing the oil in the discharge chamber to return to the suction chamber, thereby maintaining the pressure from rising again.
