A gear oil pump is a pair of meshing gears installed inside the pump casing, with both ends of the gears sealed by front and rear end caps. The gear pump divides the housing into two separate chambers, A and B, which are not connected to each other. There are two holes on the housing that are connected to chamber A and chamber B. When the gear rotates, a pair of teeth disengage in chamber A, gradually increasing the volume of the chamber and forming a local vacuum. The oil in the tank, under the action of external atmospheric pressure, enters chamber A through the oil pipe and shell, which is the suction chamber. The oil sucked into chamber A is carried into the sealed working chamber space, rotates with the gear, and enters chamber B along the inner wall of the shell. Between the teeth filled with oil in cavity B, the volume of the cavity gradually decreases due to tooth engagement. Squeeze out the oil between the teeth. This chamber is the oil pressure chamber. When the gear continues to rotate, chambers A and B continuously absorb and discharge oil, which is the working principle of the gear oil pump.
