The asphalt insulation pump has pneumatic and electric actuators, with models QBY pneumatic asphalt pump and DBY electric asphalt pump, respectively. There are four types of materials for the main body (valve body) of asphalt pumps: plastic, aluminum alloy, cast iron, and stainless steel, which are selected according to the requirements of liquid or gas media. The diaphragm inside the asphalt pump is also made of nitrile rubber, chloroprene rubber, fluororubber, polyvinylidene fluoride, and polytetrafluoroethylene materials according to different liquid media. Therefore, the type of media should be specified when ordering.
