Structure and Performance Characteristics of High Temperature Magnetic Pump

Magnetic pumps are usually composed of electric motors, magnetic couplings, isolation sleeves, impellers, and pump bodies. Its characteristic component, the magnetic coupling, includes an inner magnetic steel and an outer magnetic steel. The isolation sleeve isolates the inner magnetic steel, medium, and outer magnetic steel, and the outer magnetic rotor and inner magnetic rotor form a coupled magnetic system. Adopting a dense magnetic focusing push-pull magnetic circuit structure, non-contact transmission of torque is achieved. When the motor drives the outer magnetic rotor to rotate, the magnetic field can penetrate the air gap and non-magnetic substances, driving the inner magnetic rotor connected to the impeller to rotate synchronously, achieving non-contact transmission of power and replacing dynamic seals with static seals.
