Structural modification of chemical pump bearings

During the renovation of chemical pump technology, the staff need to carry out a degree of structural modification on the bearings of the chemical pump. In traditional chemical pumps, two sets of standard deep groove ball bearings should be installed on the bearings of the chemical pump. After the renovation, the staff replaced the bearing on the pump side with a cylindrical roller bearing, and replaced the bearing near the motor side with two sets of angular contact ball bearings. The staff used the arrangement and combination of bearings to change the original arrangement and combination, which increased the radial and axial loads on the chemical pump bearings to a certain extent. From the perspective of the installation form of angular contact ball bearings, the back-to-back installation method can withstand large moments and loads. In the actual installation process of chemical pump bearings, the staff cut small grooves at the positioning position of the chemical pump bearings and installed standardized snap springs to achieve axial positioning. After the bearing technology transformation of chemical pumps, the specific structural form of chemical pump bearings has been changed, and the actual bearing capacity of chemical pump bearings has been improved, fundamentally enhancing the adaptability of chemical pumps to process requirements.
