China's pump industry must narrow the gap with foreign companies

At present, a batch of equipment orders for projects such as West East Power Transmission, South to North Water Diversion, and nuclear power plant construction are underway. Experts predict that in the next few years, key equipment in these projects will be localized. Especially for the South to North Water Diversion Project, only 51 pumping stations need to be built on the eastern route, and the more than 250 drinking water pumps required for these pumping stations will be based domestically. In addition, China needs to rely heavily on crude oil due to energy shortages. Therefore, it is expected that in the next 10 years, China will need to construct 20000 kilometers of oil pipelines, requiring approximately 300 oil pumps.
