Stainless steel gear pump is a positive displacement pump that relies on a pair of meshing gears to complete medium transportation. The pump body, pump cover, gears and other overcurrent components are made of 304 or 316 stainless steel materials, which can resist medium corrosion and will not contaminate the transported materials. The products are divided into room temperature standard type and jacket insulation type, which can be matched with variable frequency motors and motors. They are used in the transportation of grain, oil and food, daily chemical raw materials, chemical, pharmaceutical auxiliary materials, and light oil materials. They can meet the continuous cycle feeding of production lines and are also suitable for intermittent material transfer operations in storage tanks.

The entire unit consists of a stainless steel pump body, front and rear pump covers, quenched and hardened stainless steel master and slave gears, transmission shaft, thrust plate, shaft end sealing components, and a shared base to form a conveying unit. The gears are precision machined, with uniform meshing clearance and stable volumetric efficiency; The pump chamber is equipped with an axial force balance flow channel to balance the axial thrust generated by high-pressure conditions, reduce unilateral wear of the thrust plate, and achieve low vibration and stable noise during long-term continuous operation. Insulation styles can be used for conveying low-temperature and easily solidified materials. The pump body integrates an insulation layer and is insulated with thermal oil or steam to prevent the medium from cooling and solidifying. The internal moving components rely on the self lubrication of the conveying medium, without the need for additional independent lubrication systems, simplifying the on-site pipeline layout.

The power is transmitted to the transmission shaft through an elastic coupling, driving a pair of gears to rotate synchronously. The flow rate and speed are linearly related, and when combined with a variable frequency control system, the conveying flow rate can be flexibly adjusted, resulting in stable output pressure.

Most models have built-in reflux valves as emergency overload protection. When the outlet pipeline is blocked and the valve is closed, causing pressure buildup, the medium will flow back and release pressure, protecting the pump body and rear pipeline fittings. Valves are only used for emergency protection and cannot be used as stabilizing valves for a long time. It is recommended to connect an external pressure regulating pipeline for constant pressure conditions. The inner wall of the pump body is smooth and flat, and the material is not easy to adhere and accumulate. It is easy to rinse and clean after transportation.

Seals can be selected based on the conveying medium, including packing seals and hard alloy mechanical seals. Select sealing components for conveying food materials such as edible oil and syrup; Replace fluororubber seals when transporting weak acids, bases, and solvents. The whole machine adopts a modular structure, and maintenance does not require dismantling the whole machine. Removing the outer pump cover can replace the sealing parts, shortening the downtime of the production line. Conventional models are suitable for medium temperatures ≤ 120 ℃, while insulation models can transport high-temperature viscous materials.

On the media adaptation level, the stainless steel gear pump is suitable for conveying liquid media without hard sharp particles and with fluidity. The medium kinematic viscosity range is 5~1500mm2/s, and it can transport edible oil, syrup, glycerin, essence, lubricating oil, and slightly corrosive chemical auxiliary materials. 304 stainless steel models are commonly used for transporting grain, oil, and ordinary daily chemical raw materials; The 316 stainless steel model is suitable for corrosive chemical solutions and raw materials. The equipment is not suitable for conveying media containing strong oxidizing acids and large amounts of hard solid particles.

In terms of installation matching, the horizontal base is reserved with standard anchor installation holes, and flange interfaces and threaded interfaces are optional, making it convenient to connect hoses and hard pipes. Strictly calibrate the coaxiality when installing the elastic coupling to reduce vibration and component wear. Install a pre filter on the suction pipeline to prevent impurities from scratching the gear meshing surface; The pipeline joints are equipped with sealing gaskets to prevent insufficient suction caused by air intake. Before starting, it is necessary to inject the medium into the pump chamber. Long term idling is strictly prohibited to prevent damage to the seal due to dry abrasion.

At the level of daily maintenance operations, the pump body adopts modular assembly, and the gears, thrust plates, and seals can be disassembled separately. Ordinary and simple tools can be used to complete maintenance. After conveying viscous and easily dry materials, rinse the pump chamber with clean water or a matching solvent circulation to avoid material drying and sticking to gears. Regularly inspect the sealing leakage and motor operating temperature rise, and promptly clean the filter impurities. Long term shutdown to empty the residual medium inside the pump chamber and take good internal protection measures.

During long-term use, we adhere to pre filtration, standardized start stop, and regular cleaning and maintenance, resulting in a lower overall failure rate. The equipment has a compact structure, occupies a small space, and is made of stainless steel material that balances hygiene performance and capability. The comprehensive operation and maintenance cost is moderate.
