The motor drives the gears to rotate synchronously through an elastic coupling, and the volume of the cavity on the side where the gears disengage expands to form negative pressure. The medium is sucked in and filled into the tooth groove; The gear carries the medium to rotate into the oil pressure chamber, and the tooth surfaces mesh with each other to squeeze the medium, forming a stable pressure and conveying it outward. The suction, pressurization, and discharge cycles run continuously. The flow rate is directly proportional to the speed, and when paired with a frequency converter, the conveying volume can be flexibly adjusted, resulting in a stable output pressure.
Most models have built-in reflux valves to provide emergency overload protection. When the pipeline is blocked or the valve is closed, causing pressure buildup, the medium flows back to release pressure, protecting the pump body and rear pipeline fittings. Valves are only suitable for temporary protection in case of sudden failures and cannot be used as voltage regulators for a long time. It is recommended to connect an independent pressure regulating pipeline for working conditions with constant pressure requirements. The inner wall of the pump body is smooth, and materials are not easy to adhere and accumulate. It is easy to rinse and clean after the operation is completed.
The sealing form can be selected with packing seal or hard alloy mechanical seal as needed. Select sealing components for transporting edible oil and syrup; Transporting weak acid and alkali, solvent replaceable fluororubber seals. The whole machine adopts a modular structure, and maintenance does not require dismantling the whole machine. Removing the outer pump cover can replace the sealing parts, shortening the downtime of the production line. Conventional models are suitable for medium temperatures ≤ 120 ℃, while insulation models can be adapted for conveying high-temperature viscous materials.

Regularly inspect for seal leakage and motor temperature rise, and promptly clean up filter debris. Long term shutdown to drain residual materials from the pump and ensure internal protection.
